Awards:
This year I plan to give out individual awards in our classroom before the 1st and 2nd grade awards ceremony that is held in the cafeteria.
I plan to begin at 10:00 on Thursday, June 11th (about 15 minutes). The school's 1st/2nd grade awards ceremony begins at 10:30, so you should still have plenty of time to find a seat. :)

End-of-Year Party:
The first grade team plans on having an end-of-year breakfast on June 12th at 8:30. All first grade students will be able to mingle with other students in first grade during this breakfast. If you are interested in sending in juice or doughnuts, please click here to sign up. Thank you!!
Thank You!
I just want to thank each and every one of you for being amazing, supportive parents as I worked through my first year teaching first grade! I couldn't have asked for a better group of kiddos, but to have awesome parents as well. . . I'm blessed! Thank you so much! :)
I also want to give a special shout out to Mrs. Osborne who planned all of our classroom parties this year! Thank you so much for taking time away from your busy schedule to plan our parties and ensure we had yummy, healthy snacks at these parties! You're the best! :)
I also want to give a shout out to Mr. and Mrs. Ramsey who have supplied our classroom with snacks ALL year! I have been able to provide a snack for any student who forgot their snack. It sure is hard to concentrate when you're hungry, so I really appreciate their generations donations!
I can't forget to thank all the parents who sent in supplies and food for parties and/or activities that were held and completed throughout the year. Thank you so much!!! Your donation is also appreciated!
This year I had the pleasure of working with seventeen very special kiddos. I have enjoyed each and every moment I had with your little ones. They make my heart smile and I will miss them so much! I look forward to seeing all the amazing things they will do as they grow! Thank you for sharing your bundles of joy with me this school year! I will miss them!
I know we still have 9 1/2 days of school left, but this will be my last blog post, so I wanted to make sure I said everything that needed to be said! :) Have a wonderful summer!
